Prices in US dollars; Paddle’s checkout may show them in your currency, and adds tax where it applies. Payments are taken by Paddle, our merchant of record, who sends the receipt; your card statement shows PADDLE.NET* QUILLROW. Your statements never go to Paddle or to us: only your email address, your plan and its dates are kept by our account service. See the privacy policy and the terms.
Questions, answered
What stays free?
Everything you can do with one file: every converter page, the balance check, editing before you download, and the reconciliation report for that statement. There’s no file limit and no watermark.
What does Pro add?
The batch page: a year of statements dropped at once, put in order and merged into one file, with the months checked for gaps and overlaps, balance breaks between statements found, rows printed twice caught, and one report for the lot. Reading and reviewing a batch is free; downloading its file and report is Pro.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from your account page. Pro stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and nothing more is charged.
Who takes the payment?
Paddle, as merchant of record: it charges your card (or PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay), adds tax where it applies, and sends the receipt. We never see your card details, and Paddle never sees your statements.
Is there a trial?
The free tier is the trial: reading and checking a batch is free, so you see every gap and duplicate before paying. If Pro doesn’t do what this page says, write to us within 14 days of buying for a refund.
